Biodiversity Assessment on Waterkloof

As part of a case study on Buchu producers and the industry’s sustainable development and contribution to biodiversity, a biodiversity study was conducted on Waterkloof Farm.
As Waterkloof contains two threatened vegetation types – Boland Granite Fynbos and Swartland Granite Renosterveld – which we have largely left untouched in the nearly three decades of our time here, as well as our organic farming methods and alien vegetation management, Parceval scored very highly.
Through the study we now have a growing list of the beautiful indigenous flora that can be found on our farm. View the list here.
